– The MLP Pruszków I logistics center is our first and one of our most popular projects. Its construction was completed many years ago, but it is regularly modernized and upgraded to meet the highest standards we offer in all our projects, both in Poland and abroad. The center is practically fully leased at all times, with available spaces appearing only when another tenant vacates.- said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
– We are proud to announce that we helped our client find the ideal warehouse that not only meets all the key technical parameters but also ensures excellent accessibility for employees. The space has been precisely tailored to the business needs, optimizing processes, ensuring team comfort, and supporting the company’s growth. We thank Parker Lane for their trust and for entrusting us with this task,” said Miłosz Borkowski, Business Development Director at Triflow.
MLP Pruszków I is one of the most popular logistics centers in the MLP Group’s portfolio. Its excellent location, just 19 kilometers from Warsaw, and strong connections via expressways and highways to other regions of Poland, make it an attractive place for businesses in almost every industry.
MLP Pruszków I offers nearly 170,000 square meters of modern warehouse and production space, used by nearly 40 tenants. Over more than 20 years of operation, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is situated on a fenced and 24-hour protected site. Electric and hybrid vehicle charging stations, powered 100% by photovoltaic energy, have been installed within the center. A city bike rental station is also available. The park has significant potential for future expansion for clients and a proportionally large number of parking spaces.
In keeping with its build & hold strategy, MLP Group retains completed logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them. All projects undertaken by MLP Group are distinguished by very attractive locations of the logistics parks, application of built-to-suit solutions, and support given to tenants during the lease term.
